Here’s another Blog by a Mississauga Chiropractor….

Just watched Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon (2011) starring Shia LaBeouf (Transformers 1), Patrick Dempsey (Grey’s Anatomy) & John Turturro (Rounders).

In this movie, Autobots, Bumblebee, Ratchet, Ironhide and Sideswipe led by Optimus Prime, are back in action taking on the evil Decepticons, who are eager to avenge their recent defeat. The Autobots and Decepticons become involved in a perilous space race between the U.S. and Russia, to reach a hidden Cybertronian spacecraft on the moon and learn its secrets, and once again Sam Witwicky (LaBeouf) has to come to the aid of his robot friends. New villain, Shockwave, who rules Cybertron, makes his much anticipated debut and Leonard Nemoy voices the role of Sentinel Prime, the Former Autobot leader who passes the torch down to Optimus. Megaton (Hugo Weaving) is also back but looks drastically different since he was decimated in the last film.

Going into this movie I wasn’t expecting much since I’ve only heard mixed reviews, mostly bad. However, I found myself getting sucked into the story and being wowed by the special effects. The cars and actual transformers were beautiful on-screen… And I still can’t stop living the sound of the robots transforming. I didn’t even miss the presence of the lovely Megan Fox. Victoria Secret Model, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley did a great job as Sam Witwicky’s girlfriend Carly Spencer.

Overall, even though most people might not agree, but I’m giving this movie 8/10 stars. Definitely check this movie out if you are a Transformers fan. Happy Viewing!
