Dr. Jennifer McAnsh BSc, DC, graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science, Honours Specialization in Kinesiology. Her interest in health, fitness and rehabilitation led her to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) where she completed a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree and obtained Clinical Honours. She also underwent further training in Active Release Techniques® (ART) and Graston® soft tissue therapies.
Dr. McAnsh specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide variety of conditions and disorders related to the spine, extremities, muscular, and nervous systems. She utilizes evidence-based, patient-centred treatment methods in order to provide her patients with the highest level of care.
Dr. McAnsh employs manipulation, mobilization, soft tissue therapy, and functional rehabilitation to help her patients achieve and maintain healthy active lifestyles. Dr. McAnsh is an active member of the Ontario Chiropractic Association (OCA), the Canadian Chiropractic Association (CCA), and the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). She is licensed under the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO). She is committed to advancing her chiropractic skills through further training and keeping up to date with current research.
Dr. McAnsh is an avid runner and weightlifter. She trained and raced competitively for a decade and now participates in sports at a recreational level. As such, she has experience with, and a special interest in treating athletic injuries, ranging from repetitive strain to traumatic musculoskeletal injuries.
