Do you experience headaches?

Does the pain feel like a band or a vice tightening around your head?

Does the pain interfere with your daily activities?

If so, you may be experiencing Tension Headaches.

Tension Headaches are the most common type of headaches and make up 90% of headaches reported by physicians. They occur more frequently in females and in young adults and are a result of muscle tightness in the neck, head or jaw muscles. Tension headaches tend to occur intermittently, however they can become chronic and interfere with work, normal daily tasks, social activities and reduce overall quality of life.
