Day 1

A:  I did a deep squat with a bar over my head.  Notice how the bar falls in front of my toes. You can’t even see my earI show poor mobility in my thoracic spine and lumbar spine.

B: After a Thoracic Adjustment – I did a deep squat again.  Notice how the bar falls over my foot. You can see my ear better nowBetter mobility in my thoracic spine.  Lumbar spine is still stiff.

C: After a Lumbar Adjustment – I did a deep squat again.  Notice how the bar falls over my ankles. You can see my ear completelyBetter mobility in my thoracic spine.  Lumbar spine is still stiff.

DAY 2 – I wanted to see if the adjustments held for the next day.

B: After a Thoracic Adjustment – I did a deep squat again.  Notice how the bar falls over my heels. You can see a big gap behind my earsBetter mobility in my thoracic spine.  Lumbar spine is still stiff.

C: After a Lumbar Adjustment – I did a deep squat again.  Notice how the bar falls over my heels. You can see a big gap behind my earsBetter mobility in my thoracic spine & lumbar spine
